To get the same looks as on screenshots you have to download the "textures" folder which contains mixed textures from 2 diffirent mods (some files from Bella's Better Females and some from Cover Woman mod) and copy it into your skyrim\data folder overwritting any files if it asks you so.
I recommend you to copy skyrim\data\textures\Actors\Character folder somewhere on your PC so that you can always replace the textures I used in this savegame by your old one's.

1.1: Added Femalehead and Femaleyes meshes files from my skyrim because I just realized that without them the face looks completely diffirent.
Removed the CBBE body files from the "Textures' folder so now it contains only the files you need to run the savegame.
