This mod is located adjacent to Pinewatch near Falkreath. The exterior consists of a Farm Smith building, a roadside stand, a horse shed, and crafting stations for smelting, armor upgrade, weapons upgrade, and forge. Inside are a kitchen area with eating, sleeping, and storage for a hero and sidekick. In the basement is a shrine to Talos.
Future updates will include an NPC for the roadside stand and a Smith NPC. A locked door in the basement might lead to a Dark Brotherhood site... someday.
