Followers armed with better weapons and armor according to their stats

Followers are now armed with better weapons and armor according to their stats.
Fixed the bug associated with weapon id FollowerHuntingBow. Working fine with most of the followers except Mjoll the Lioness. She will equip the FollowerHuntingBow no matter what.
Fixed the bug associated with Illia due to which she cannot be follower after dismissing the first time. Relationship with player is set to "Friend", not "Lover" as suggested by UESP WIKI. 100% working !!
