About this mod
Edits Nord race, giving it +10 magicka and stamina and -20 magicka. It also adds a new power \"Voice of Talos\" based on the Blessing, which boosts Shout regeneration by 40% for 60 secs.

-Add voice cooldown power (Done)
-Remove Battle Cry (done)
-Add some starting shouts (Gift from Talos) (Done)
-Make version translated to czech (my native language) (Aborted)
-Shorten the power duration (Done)
