Cities seem empty to you? Add more NPC's to your cities with "SP" - Skyrim Population.
Description: Commoners populate the cities. In some cities you'll find people who have gone crazy. (More to come soon)

NOTES:
Currently only affects Whiterun and Solitude.
Ten more NPCs per city, All with different faces.
