With this ring, when equipped, you will no longer have a head. Upon taking the ring off, you will have your pretty head back, so don't worry.
This ring takes the head slot, so you're not gonna be able to wear a helmet (realistically, that's a duh).
NOTE: Ring is located in a strongbox, on the shelf of your Breezehome's alchemy room
