Jarrin Root is the most poisonous ingredient of the game. You usually get it at an advanced Dark Brotherhood quest. In Vanilla is only possible to obtain this one unique. There is no way to get others to not be using the console command. Obviously this breaks immersion.

With this mod you will have several vendors selling Jarrin Root for you.

It is possible to make poisons that hit more than 6000 health.
EDIT: Each ingredient costs only 10 septins. If you prefer you can choose to download the optional file with a value of 2000 Septins.
