Adds a weaker version of Jarrin Root to the game. And now available is a dragon to use it on.

Adds an ingredient called Jarrin Sprig.
It does Damage Health with a multiplier of 50. (Reg Jarrin 200)
Also Slow, Damage Stamina and Damage Magicka Regen.
Its value is 500.
It will appear in Apothecary lists as uncommon and will also turn up in barrels that have a 75% chance of containing salt, beef or salmon. You should end up with plenty.
It will power level alchemy.
Mortimer the dragon is named after a powerful wizard which he devoured. Legend holds that the wizard Mortimer was carrying a powerful ring and set of robes when he was consumed by the foul beast.
This fierce and mighty dragon is rumored to have been seen circling Arcwind Point in the company of lesser dragons.
(He is stronger than other dragons and drops a ring and robes each with fortify all magic schools 100%. He also drops 2 heavy armors with resist magic 60%.)
