Adds 50% frost resistance to fire cloak. 30% fire resistance to frost cloak and chance to absorb spell 30% to lightning cloak

Adds 50% frost resistance to fire cloak. 30% fire resistance to frost cloak and chance to absorb spell 30% to lightning cloak
The frost cloak fire resist is weaker than fire cloak because fire will melt ice, but i thought it should at least weaken the damage.
The spell absorb effect on lightning cloak is pretty much the same as the breton power (i duplicated the effect so it will not affect the power in any way)
