When you get to a certain point in the Dark Brotherhood quest line, Astird gives you a Jarrin Root, telling you that even a taste can cause instant death, but eating it, as I tested, only does 200 damage. Not exactly "instant death." This mod gives it the ability to do 500 damage.
Install: Extract .esp to Skyrim/Data Folder.
Uninstall: Delete .esp.
