If you want Ulrik like in the pic you MUST download this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2488
And don't mind the skills, they're a bit overpowered, nothing that the console cant handle.
Installation

Just drop the file in your skyrim\saves folder, in My Documents.
