A pretty simple mod, this just changes the weather for the Winterhold town region to have a bit more variation. By default in the game it's set to 100% snowstorm. I've changed it to 80% snowstorm, 10% overcast with snow, 5% cloudy and 5% clear. Should just give the player a rare glimpse of the college unobscured.
