So You can find him any of the nine main holds (Whiterun, Riften, ect) where there is a market he'll be there else he'll be in the middle somewhere.
He'll wait at each stop point for 24 hours and then move onto the next one.
He doesn't carry anything of terrible interest (he even runs away from danger the wimp) but he is invulnerable.
THIS in my eyes IS NOT A CHEAT
I wanted to make a traveling merchant and although I've checked he does arrive in each of the nine places I'm hoping he can be run into on route to any of them too.
I hope he proves usefull (in that you run into him at a time when you need to shift so stuff to move ;) )
