Reduces the light values of all light templates und dungeons which override them. So essentially all interiors become darker.

I'm with the general lighting in Skyrim completely satisfied, but as soon as the lights went out was something wrong. So I have dealt with the creation kit and found the necessary buttons to make the "Luminous Cave", a dark cave.
I modified all templates and overriden interior values in so far that the dark templates have been obscured by more than 90%. Brighter templates were reduced by a fixed value. 90% I found a bit steep for templates, which were apparently intended for brighter environments.

V 1.0: Changed the brightness values of all lightning templates -> Many dungeons get darker now.
V 2.0: Changed the brightness values of all dungeons that are not using the lightning templates. -> All dungeons are now darker.
