Update #4 (25.02.12) : Uploaded some more pictures of Old Ralof to give a sense of what he really looks like in proper lighting.
Update #3 (25.02.12) : I have heard some people say that they have trouble switching between versions of the mod/installing new versions.
To do so, follow these simple steps. It's very important you do so in the exact order. It will not work (to my knowledge) if you deviate from it in any way whatsoever :
1. Uncheck Ralof.esp in NMM or the default launcher. Once that's done, close the launcher.
2. Go into your Skyrim/Data directory. Once you're there, find and delete the following files:
- Ralof.esp
- 0002bf9d.nif, which can be found at :
C:Program Files (x86)Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\characterfacegendata\facegeom\skyrim.esm
3. Re-install the version you'd like to use.

Update #2 (24.02.12) : Done. I'm making a second version, this one a little more blonde.

Ugh. That was bad. But I promise my next updates won't be. I plan to beautify all the essential NPCs in the Helgen (except the kid ... whatshisface ...), with multiple options to choose from. Unfortunately, due to editor constraints, I can't change children, so the boy (Hammond, I think) won't be on the list. Him aside, all editable, non-random characters will be edited (unforseen circumstances aside). You have been warned!
Update #1 (24.02.12) : Younger version as per requests (see downloads). Screenshots will be posted ASAP.
Savegames and presets available upon demand!
To install :
Simply copy and paste into your skyrim/Data folder.
To uninstall :
Delete Ralof.esp and the .nif for Ralof, which can be found in :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\facegendata\facegeom\skyrim.esm
To switch between versions :
1. Uncheck Ralof.esp in the Nexus Mod Manager or default Bethesda launcher. Once that's complete, close the launcher.
2. Find and delete the following files (see above for location):
- Ralof.esp
- the .nif that came with your Ralof
3. Install the version you'd like to use.
