A distinctive cottage

The cottage is located just across the East border from Riften. You'll find a gateway, just go Right and up into the cloudy heights. You will find overgrown woodland with small lake and waterfall. It is hidden but you will find the distinctive cottage hidden in the trees. I'll not describe anymore, I'll leave the rest to be discovered.

Optional:
The talking horse: Ed is just outside Hod and Gerdur's house in Riverwood. He has the highelf male voice. He's a few hands bigger than the other horses in Skyrim, is faster and can virtually gallop from one end of Skyrim to the other nonstop. He can also knockdown those he attacks. The horse is essential and has the water walking ability but it only seams to work if you gallop onto water, but then it gets messed up.

Requirements:

1.4.21.0.4 Skyrim and a mod so you can cross the border.

Install:
If not using the NMM. Put into the Skyrim/Data folder.

Problems:
I had nightmares with the navmesh so it doesn't work too well in the house. For example, NPCs follow you into the cottage okay, however can't get them to go through the internal doors. I gave up on it so anyone welcome to improve the navmesh if they can. (I will keep working on it)

I don't do marriage or companions so this mod is not for needy social types. It's really for the lone wolf's. (That and scripting goes over my head) Anyone welcome to tweak the cottage to make it spouse/companion friendly. That goes for the bed. Can't get that to show the Well Rested thing. Fix it if you know how. (I'll keep working on it)

Also you get the usual wondering dummie manikins, though I thought it gave the cottage a haunted feel.

Another glitch, some of the rocks outside vanish sometimes, a quicksave and reload normally fixes it. The cottage building is solid, (on my Comp) it never vanishes.

Possible conflicts:
I never use Fast Travel in my game, however I have tested it, FT from Oblivion to Kingdome come. It should be okay. Anyone has problems with it, please let me know.

Another odd thing I found (I never FT so it's not a problem for me) on FT to the cottage all the animals are on some rock, or on the roof...CK navmesh bug? I've messed up somewhere? I got no idea. If this is a problem for you let me know. I'll have a go at fixing it.
