This mod adds a cozy little cabin north of Morthal, next door to Jorgen & Lami's house. The house has a little trap door that leads to the basement.
The house includes:
-A cooking pot -3 Display cases -2 Mannequins -An enchanting table -An alchemy table -A bookshelf full of skill books -A bookshelf full of spell books -An empty bookshelf to place books on. (holds 18 books)
