With this mod, upon completion of the Dark Brotherhood questline, you will be able to adopt the ever-adorable Babette! This is (should be) compatible with all Babette replacer mods and shouldn't need any patches.
When Babette is adopted, she will still offer you Alchemy training, but as of this current version you will be unable to access her merchant inventory. I may well fix this in future.
In my 5-6 rounds of testing, I experienced one issue where she did not go to the house I specified and instead carried on living in the Dawnstar Sanctuary. From my testing, if you head straight to the house where you sent her immediately after adopting her, she should be waiting there for you and there should be no further issues :)
