Go talk to General Tullius/Ulfric Stormcloak
after completing Imperial/Stormcloaks questline.
Ask, what you can do for the cause.
No overpowering items, overwealthing rewards.
Installing
Nexus Mod Manager will do
OR
Move files from archive to Data folder,
check in skyrim launcher data files.
Compatibility
May be incompatible with mods that alters
ActorBase for field commanders and CWFin quest.
