Skyrim Starter Homes will be an ongoing project to add very modest dwellings around the land for players who are just starting the game and don't have enough coin to purchase a real home yet, or for those players who just like to keep things very simple.

All of these homes will be pretty threadbare. They're just for taking a nap in, cooking a meal, storing your loot, etc. There will be multiple homes to choose from. You can pick and use your favorites or just one or use them all. I plan on having a place in every Hold eventually.

Installion:
Place the esp file of your desired home in the Skyrim data folder. Make sure it's checkmarked on your next start up. Enjoy!

The first home is complete -
Dragon Falls Shack is a small, one room shack located just southwest of Dragon Bridge. It is free to use and there's a journal to add a bit of a back story to the place and to let you know why it's unoccupied at the moment.

There's a fast travel marker but you must may your way to the place on foot first to enable it.

Features Include:
Bed is player owned and gives the Rested bonus when used.
A few bits of minor loot that should not respawn.
Storage - 3 Barrels, 1 sack, 1 knapsack, 1 chest, 1 strongbox, and a cupboard - all start out empty and do not respawn.
Crafting - Tanning rack, cooking pot, and wood chopping block.
