Initial Release.
This is a retexture and remodel of the SMIM torture rack by BRUMBEK. I removed the flat rope and metal hooks on the rack by altering the alpha channel and added 3d chains from SMIM LE, i also used the handle from SMIM LE smelter which i scaled down considerably. Texture paths have been altered and environment maps added for the metal parts. The mesh size is massive compared to anything else, it's actually double the size of the one i did on SSE. It's not identical to the SSE version because i did all the added mesh parts again from scratch. I havn't added the handle parts yet but may well do in a future update. There is a dirty and bloody version or also a clean version, see screenshots for comparison.
