Description:

Skyrim Portals adds 'The Nexus' a Room containing Teleports to all of Skyrim's main cities.
The room can be accesed from the College of Winterhold,
after that a spell allows you to get there from anywhere/anytime.

Manual Installation

Place the included files into your data folder and activate the .esp
===================
Know Bugs/issues
===================
- Sometimes falling occurs upon entrance - Issue with Spell Script.
- Unkown if compatible with npcs - Working on it.

No Know mod clashes at this time.
