This small file allows daggers to benefit from the \"Fortify One Handed\" effect.

I've seen some discussion about the exclusion of daggers in the weapons that benefit from the "Fortify One Handed" effect. Some people consider this exclusion a legitimate gameplay element, others think it's just one of many things that should have been fixed before the release of the game. Either way, if you want your daggers to deal more damage, this is the file you want ;)
Warning: The "Assassin's Blade" + this file will make daggers REALLY powerful (i.e Overkill) when sneaking.
(A Legendary Daedric Dagger with 89 damage will deal 1335 damage in one hit. With a Necklace of Extreme Wielding [35% Fortify 1H] the dagger deals 120 damage, 1800 with Assassin's Blade).
Also, because of the parameters changed by this file, the Bladesman perk includes daggers n
