The Man Cave is a custom player abode (and my first creation kit mod) which I have meticulously put together to fit my character\'s needs. I decided to release it to the public because I believe it will fit your character\'s needs as well.

The Man Cave is a custom player abode (and my first creation kit mod) which I have meticulously put together to fit my character's needs. I decided to release it to the public because I believe it will fit your character's needs as well.

To get The Man Cave, you must buy it through decoration purchasing for any of the 5 player homes. When you purchase The Man Cave (15000 coins), a trapdoor entrance will be placed in your player home, and an exit ladder will be placed in The Man Cave in the exit/entrance room.

A guardian stone room consisting of:
  • All 13 guardian stones


A display room consisting of:
  • All 8 dragon priest busts
  • 15 angled weapon displays
  • 10 flat displays (for displaying circlets and amulets)
  • 10 single wall weapon racks
  • 20 double wall weapon racks
  • 8 shield racks


A storage room consisting of:
  • 5 storage chests
  • All 10 shrines


A training room consisting of:
  • 7 training dummies


A mannequin room: consisting of:
  • 30 mannequins
  • 14 standing weapon racks (2 weapons per rack)


A hunting room consisting of:
  • A tanning rack

  • Bear, wolf, and saber cat head mounts


A black smith room consisting of:
  • A whetstone
  • A workbench

  • 2 shelves with some iron stuff and blacksmith clutter


A mining room consisting of:
  • an iron ore vein
  • a corundum ore vein
  • an orichalcum ore vein
  • a quicksilver ore vein
  • a silver ore vein
  • a gold roe vein
  • a malachite ore vein
  • a moonstone ore vein
  • an ebony ore vein
  • 2 geode veins
  • a chopping block


An alchemy room consisting of:
  • An alchemist's table
  • 1 storage chest
  • A small shelf with some recipes, potions, spell tomes and a staff of healing hands.


An enchanting room consisting of:
  • An enchanting table
  • A storage chest
  • An open chest filled with empty common soulgems


A library consisting of:
  • 12 cabinet bookshelves
  • The Man Cave changelog (in book form)
  • Two shelves to store quest related items in the library (Similar to the ones found in the Thieves Guild Headquarters
  • A Barenziah Crown Statue to display a crown of Barenziah
  • A Map display placement above the Barenziah Crown Statue



Future Updates:
  • Scripted flat display cases to hold amulets and circlets



Known Bugs:
  • Light Popping and shadow stripping
  • Some lights show through walls (if the rooms are very close together)
  • Slow cell initial loading
  • Followers have issues navigating through the suspicious cabinets
  • Mannequins sometimes spawn out of place
  • Mannequins sometimes have a moving idle animation
  • Items don't stay inside flat display cases (Use tcl in the console on the item to fix)
  • Random Invisible walls
  • Trapdoor entrances might not appear due to game save issues (read the included readme for soluton)

As far as I know, these bugs are caused by game code and not my mod.

Also, the 60 lights decrease performance.
