Winterhold (under the Mage College Bridge)
These stones will allow a unchanged person to become a vampire normally, or, allow a vampire who can't feed to regain the vampire disease, and change again normally. (sleep after 3 days and all). This SHOULD fix the feed issue with people not being able to feed when a vampire. (has for me)
NOTE : This does NOT guarentee the disease each activation!!! It acts like a fight with a normal vampire. You may have to activate it about 20 times or so before you get it! I did not change the odds of gaining it, just gave you the chance to get it with each activation. You will know you got it when you look at the "Active Effects" and see the vampire disease there. :)
