this mod adds spells that fortify skills to the game.
Colette Marence in the College of Winterhold sells them.

when one of the spells from this mod that fortify a skill is used rather than fortify the skill
directly it fortifies the skills similar to the way an enchantment does;for example fortify one handed increases the weapon damage by a percentage equal to its magnitude.
version 2.2 has a spell that fortifies health,a spell that fortifies magicka,a spell that fortifies stamina,and a spell that fortifies unarmed.
version 3.0 does everything version 2.2 does but it also has a cure disease spell
and a cure poison spell.
version 3.5 does everything version 3.0 does but it also has a fortify enchanting spell.
version 4.0 does everything version 3.5 does except the spell tomes for fortify
enchanting and fortify alchemy are removed from the game.
version 4.5 does everything version 3.5 does except the magicka cost
of all spells added by this mod is reduced.
version 5.5 does everything version 4.0 does except the magicka cost
of all spells added by this mod is reduced.
version 9.0 does everything version 4.5 does except the spells introduced by
this mod should give experience when cast.

this mod should give experience when cast.

version 12.0 is like version 10.0 but it also has an apprentice spell that fortifies health regeneration,an apprentice spell that fortifies magicka regeneration,and an apprentice spell that fortifies stamina regeneration.version 12.0 also changes the cure poison spell added by this mod to be an apprentice spell.the apprentice spells added by this mod should also now be sold by other spell vendors rather than just Colette Marence,in this version.
version 12.5 is like 10.5 does but it also has an apprentice spell that fortifies health regeneration,an apprentice spell that fortifies magicka regeneration,and an apprentice spell that
fortifies stamina regeneration.version 12.5 also changes the cure poison spell added by this mod to be an apprentice spell.the apprentice spells added by this mod should also now be sold by other spell vendors rather than just Colette Marence,in this version.
also in version 12.0 and version 12.5 whether the spells are Apprentice or Adept should be displayed in the Magic Menu,also in those versions a duration for the spells that have duration should be displayed in the Magic Menu.
version 12.0 and 12.5 are the same except in version 12.5
the spell tomes for fortify enchanting and fortify alchemy have been deleted.

version 13.0 is like version 12.0 except the spell fortify speechcraft is now called fortify barter.
version 13.5 is like version 13.0 except fortify barter and fortify enchanting now
have their  magnitude reduced to 25(from 50).fortify alchemy has a magnitude of 50.
also unlike version 12.5 version 13.5 doesnt have the spell tomes for fortify alchemy and fortify enchanting deleted.you may wonder why this is so.
this is because i have (in my opinion)balanced fortify barter
and fortify enchanting by halving their magnitude.
fortify alchemy does not have to be nerfed in my opinion because of the fact you can get 3 or possibly 4  enchanted items with fortify alchemy thus meaning;in my opinion a nerf is unnecessary.
similar deal for smithing.

version 14.0 is like version 13.5
except all the spells added by the mod
shouldnt gain extra power from dual casting.

version 14.5 is the latest one.its like version 14.0 except the fortify attribute spells
only fortify the given attribute by 50 points,also the fortify attribute regen rate spells
only fortify the given regen rate by 75%.also the fortify regen rate spells as well as
the cure poison spell now cost less money.

this mod seems to be compatible with Full Magic Scaling.
this mod may need skyrim legendary edition to work.
