About this image
Having bought a horse, Akhaz'iir figured he would try his hand at horse archery. Being quite an adept with the bow he believed he could adapt what he learned to firing from a horse. He picked a nearby rock as a target, he would attempt to hit it as he rode by. As his horse galloped he brought up his bow, he found it difficult to keep his aim steady as the horse moved. He then noticed that there was a pattern to the horse's movement just as he had to time his shot with his breath he would need to time his shot with movement of the horse. As he approached the target, he drew the bow string, steadied his hand as best he could and loosed an arrow. The arrow flew with speed but struck the snow next to the rock with a muffled thud. He would have to work on his timing.
