   Looks like a cross body block with the sword. Not necessarily good form, but anything that works in a desperate situation, and maybe someone is about to get brained with the pommel of the dagger, or perhaps an impromptu nose job is in their future.
   
   Ok, so I'm a Western Martial Arts geek. I probably need professional help.

   Anyways, what do you people suspect she is doing? She getting ready to kill someone or defending for an attack?
   
   Nice background too, makes the focus on the character.

   I suppose the hair could be anime-like, but it's also possible in real life as well, unlike some impossibly long ponytails and stuff.

   My guess would be that those 2 guys refer to the hairstyle which "seems" somewhat anime-like.. which is from apachii hair. Guess everyone needs a hobby.

   I'm curious about the "manga" comment. What makes this manga? The fact this screenshot is of a female character? Or that the character actually has a pretty face? Is it the hair or the body replacer? The leather bolero jacket/armor would seem to be one of the less "Japanese-cartoon-styled" mods I've seen in a screenshot in quite a while. In fact, it would be pretty practical for the fighting style.
   
   That said, I like this shot. There's commitment in her eye and steel in her hands.
