I'm using RW2 too now, with waves and bobbling ice / boats, legendary edition, but I do not have these. (I am using the standard textures which came with the archive, as well as Water Color. I saw there were ENB textures, but I don't know what difference they should make and couldn't find an image showing it so I just kept the standard ones)

I'm using the ENB textures provided by the author. I'm not exactly sure what it does, but I think it makes improvements to the water if you're using ENB. Haven't tested it w/o.
Ran out of cookies because Avi ate it all on her way there....I'll bring a sweet roll next time.
I found something to kill my FPS though, which is rare: a grassmod for Whiterun. xD Had to remove it again, otherwise it would have been impossible to fight a dragon in there, because the overhaul I'm using does have a high impact as well. (I don't notice it because of my good comp) but both together... eeeh no... xD That's too much.
Somehow I want to use mods that make everything lush and green, but somehow I want to stay with the original colors... :S Looks like I need two folders, one with all green textrues and one with the ones I'm using now... xD
A sweetroll would be nice as well...
