I think accusing someone of stealing your idea or likeness of a character is very rude, especially because you're doing it on their own image while telling her she should give you credit or acknowledgement for something you have no way of proving... and I'll show you what I mean by that.
First of all, making similar characters happens all the time. For example, I made a male model for my live mannequins mod and this is what he looks like :

and then a few days later, another modder told me if I just wanted a preset of his character, I could've just asked and he showed me this :

I have never seen his character before EVER, so it is a complete random chance that we just managed to make a very similar looking character. It happens. I don't know if you're aware, but even in real life there is a high chance that there is a doppleganger somewhere on this planet wearing your face.
Second of all, plenty of people on the Nexus take inspirations and ideas from other mods or images. I had my ideas taken by other screenarchers and I don't mind it. If I did not want anyone to use my ideas, I would not have uploaded pictures in the first place. Coming in here and telling Tanja that she's a thief that owes you some explanation or CREDIT for creating her character is ridiculous.
I know for a fact that Tanja did not even remotely get inspired by your character because I watch her ingame while she's creating her characters. She spends hours and hours creating them from nothing. Just go through her gallery and check out how many characters she has created.
So yeah... this was just a simple coincidence that your character happens to look like hers, similar to my coincidence in which I managed to create my male model which basically looks like someone's main character. It happens. Only thing is AWARHERO did not burst into my image and called me a thief and demanded credit. He was kind and even offered his character.
But coming in her image and ACCUSING her of not only taking an inspiration of your character, but simply stealing your character and tweaking it a bit is RUDE. Telling her that she owes you an explanation and acknowledgement when you don't really have proof whatsoever. It's nothing more than a coincidence which happens all the time, even more so on Fallout 4 image section.
I have no problem believing that your and hers character probably look the same, but there's no way in a million years you'd make me believe she took your character as inspiration. She barely has time to do her own shots, let alone scour through the image sections looking for random inspirations.
I will post some images as my old work so you will see that coincidence is amazing

Which implies that one part of she was inspired,subconsciously seeing my work from before....
Pretty much the only similarity is the hair type... the facial structure, facial expressions, body shape and even the body language are quite different enough to make the characters unique... and I compared the two side-by-side in GIMP; therefore in no way, shape or form are these two characters similar. Both of them look very different.
I just feel sorry for anyone who ever makes a character that is even remotely similar to yours. My advice is don't go into someone's image and accuse them of taking your character's likeness or telling them that your character looks better. It's considered impolite and disrespectful.
And no matter how many times you say "with all due respect" to Tanja, I'm afraid you failed to show her any.
- First you told her she should tell you how she got "suddenly" inspired
- Then you accused her she used your character (which you uploaded months ago) and that you have proof
- Then you told her that your character is better than hers
- And after all that, you're still being persistent in believing she saw your images, even though she told you she has not seen you or your work. And she actually did tell you how she got inspired;

That's my character whit or whitout any role as you said,only differance is head shape that can be corected in RaceManu....

I can see a similarity... her hair, her eyeform (but yours are more open and curved like cat eyes) and her chin and cheek parts... I wouldn't go so far and call it a 100 % match but it is interesting
I agree with you... we all could do better... and I also agree with you that there are a lot of people who are really underrated here...
