Was chasing butterflies and found this note out in the tundra around the Western Tower.  Checked the ID and it's vanilla.  Not heard of this Easter Egg before.

    Turns out the notice originates in the nearby fort (Greymoor?) posted next to the archery targets, but there was a duplicate in the tundra on that save for some reason. Not quite the mystery or discovery I first thought, but there we go.
