Really powerful follower (ImmuneStrongUnrelentingForce, super high defenses, Reflect Damage, srsly?). Even the fixed lv. 80 Ebony Warrior can't beat a lv. 10 Neisa in a 1-on-1. The Dragonborn's personal bodyguard.
