Hey guys or who ever is interested in this. I Have just released my Suki SKGE ENB file on my mod page. There Are Lots of Upsides to this and really only like two downsides lol
Pros:
-better shadows for outdoors
-underwater effects
-Low health effects
-More ambient occlusion
-motion blur
-Added bloom for slight extra saturation. Don't worry it looks great!

Cons:
- slightly weird textile outline on the surface of your character underwater.( I did my best to reduce it as much as possible without losing the main goal of the underwater shader effect)

-The underwater effect will not match the nighttime scenery exactly but I did my best to match it and for it too look good in the day time as well.

    Hmm... not much of an issue for me, since there not much to explore underwater anyway, and I mostly used the waterwalking spell lol

    With your ENB, your game looks a lot like the area around Lake Tahoe! Very cool and well done. ^^

    The textile outline underwater may be good if only because eyesight is different underwater.

      I wish I could have blurred it more lol
