I've found this mod, it's a vampire overhaul i think but unfortunately it's a in russian language and i don't speak russian.. i searched for an english or french versions but i found nothing!
Too bad cause this mod look great, i wonder if someone who understand russian language can make a translation here is the link..MIV's Vampirism Overhaul

Miv little description about his awesome mod:
As it mentioned before, mod was inspired bt the World of Darkness (VtM, Vampire: Dark Ages).
You can play as a member of one of the 10 WoD vampire clans.
Each clan has its own talents, weaknesses, disciplines, different quest lines.
Mod adds a lot of new quests, books and some unique mechanics like hunger, madness, torpor, paths of enlightment (Humanity, Path of the Beast, Path of Blood), vampire age status (fledgling - neonate- ancilla...), generation, diablerie, blood pool (depending of vampire generation) and so on.
Added a lof VtM and vampire features (like old generation vampires can only drink blood of other vampires, Tzhimisce can only sleep in their coffins or whith native soil in their pockets).

Edit: Uh, hmm... Well I figured I'd be able to just copy words over from TES5Edit and translate via google translate, but it seems the program doesn't recognize Cyrillic and I'm not entirely sure how to make it do that...

First of all, you have my permission for translate it, but i really don't imagine how you can do it.
Mod have several thousands words only in dialogs, then even more in books, letters, quests, stories, descriptions and so on.
Except that, will be difficult to translate, because some quests, dialogs, lettes have some Russian uniqueness (that means only russian speaking can fully understand it), like the story and questline of Baba Yaga (who loves VtM knows that old b&@*$) or Koshey the Deathless.
As for me, i can help with NPC's names, MCM, disciplines, quest names.

As i said before your mod is great, i've never heard of it before until i discovered it on the description page of the mod " Dark Maneuvers"...i tried every vampire overhaul belua sanguinar, better vampires, vampiric thirst and finally SCS! all these mods are good but each one of them lack something! i tried your mod for 20min only and i must say that it captured me especially when i arrived to the vampire queen castle! very impressive and immersive..i like to think of it as a sanctuary for every vampire player!
Your mod provide a very deep experience of vampirism, you feel the meaning of being one of the damned a creature of the night, and the idea of creating clans, different paths and special powers for every clan is super great..

I activated the first option on the MCM and talked to her! i did not understand a word of what she said! and then a quest has started..then a vampire behind me has bitten me, i fell down and waked up in solitude castle.. after the animation has ended i waked up and discovered some sort of museum full of beautiful vampires portraits..
Wow i must say that this mod is really great..and i really like it guys.
I really advice this mod to all vampires fans!
From what I got, MIV is highly dependable on feeding - you have exact quantity of bloodpoints which is drained by using Disciplines (spells) and each day bring -1 point too. When vampire is out of blood points, he turns mad and hungry (this is reflected by bonuses and debuffs, I guess?). It's a lot like BV, the more you drink, the more disciplines you get.
I asked for the permission, will have to wait for the response.
It'll be easy to do, even with TESEdit.
