   Maybe that specific hairstyle doesn't fit with hoods? It would be more helpful if we were able to see your mod list.

   hair on my characters usually disappear when they are wearing a hood. You must have installed a mod to make this happen. Please check the mod page or re-order your mod list... it might do the trick.

   you need to use a 3d art program and nifskope to delete the unwanted hair.

      my problem is that if I wear a hood with any hair style, it clips through the hood.
      I wish somebody would have been made a mod for this issue, since it is common :*(

   Look up hoods with hair mod. It won't be your exact hairstyle but they have something similar
