About this image

would anyone be able to combine these whiterun house meshes into one? like how they are this in picture, just without the overlapping pieces so the roofs are seemless. I have been trying to accomplish this on my own in 3dsmax but theres just not many good tutorials related to skyrim. I am also at a loss at making collisions as well. Let me know!
