This is a Bandit Mage "Medium Hide Armor"

There are specific armors for Bandit Mages to use in the upcoming content pack.
Well at least for females.

There is still a lot of work to be done on this one for cleanup such as trimming and shaping.
At some point getting it into the game and working right with animations will be a bit of a bear.
