Dunno if there are other depictions of Drow, but the one I had in mind were the Drow from Baldur's Gate. Their range of color is surprising but tends to have a blue and/or silver tone, and despite them being "dark" elves they usually have a fairly light skin tone. Which I find justifiable considering they were forced to live underground. Googling for Viconia's modern portrait gives a good example.
The color here is especially blueish and light due to being in front of a college magelight.
