Forget what i've said. It IS Skyrim. The author of the screenshot ported the sword from Oblivion to Skyrim and released a screenshot of another ported outfit from an Oblivionmod: Hentais "Hana Dress".

I think the sword is the one of Vergil from the DMC-pack for Oblivion. This could be a 2.clue, that this screenshot doesn't seem to be from Skyrim. Althoug if the the head and the background seems to be from Skyrim. Because i don't have the game yet i'm not sure about it.
That armor looks very simliar to a modded armor in Oblivion and MasterVelles this actually is Skyrim the author is just importing mods from Oblivion to Skyrim Teach me how please!
