    Seems like she's contemplating a way to sack a bandit stronghold..

    I would say all of Skyrim, being a High elf and all.. but she doesn't look Thalmor-ish.

      She was just trying to figure out how what she would capture for today's meal since she needs to hunt for herself. Maybe some deer or maybe some grilled spider legs she's not picky.

    Gorgeous high elf ! her gaze is intriguing ! is she preparing some nasty raid on bandits like stated below ? or is she willing to kill some Imperials or Nords ?

      In her younger days she would've done anything she was told. But as of now unless they threaten her home or life she won't harm anyone.
