I think by default the cape will move like other capes in the game - meaning "pseudo swaying" as you say. Fake physics, but not sticking to the armor like a solid object either. That's how the original Nightingale prime did it I believe.

I think the only real alternative to that is either a custom animation (with essentially the same limitations) or to support proper HDT physics from that mod. Im not sure if HDT mods have special requirements like the cape being a seperate mesh. I don't know enough details about that yet. Would be nice if it was HDT compatible for sure

That reminds me though - it would be really cool if this remastered version had either a cape as a seperate item, or a second no-cape-version of the chest piece. Capes or no capes are very much up to personal taste, and it would be awesome to be able to take the cape on and off on demand without having to run a modified mesh mod like with the original.

Sorry as you more likely answer this question a million times a day. Though I have yet to see it.
Will you be porting your mods over to SSE?
Love the work you are doing please keep it up.

"It's a remaster of my Nightingale Prime but this time with new meshes, textures and design. I will keep the overall theme of the original nightingale while incorporating my own elements(for example a 3d emblem instead of just a drawn one). I do plan to do the same with the Silver dragon Armor and Blood witch. I will release the whole set of armors/dragon (Dragon Lord, Valkyrie, Garo...) as a pack by the end of December (or as a successive pair of armors releases by mid december) for Skyrim O/SE. Past that month, i won't have the same amount of free time to mod as i have right now."

    Really nice!

If I were to make some constructive criticism at this point, this is what jumped out at me the most:

    - Love the detailing of straps, clamps and various other bits. This sort of stuff adds so much character to this sort of armor and it is hard to have too much of it - especially on an ultra-quality model *thumbs up*

    - New emblem looks sweet. I think simplifying the shape is a good move to show of details better. (old one was too "busy" to show up well).

    - The underlying faceplate shape looks real sleek, but I'm not sure I'm a fan of the metal(?) overlay. It doesn't feel like it flows well with the other forms around it and it looks maybe a little impractical. Something about it's concave shape that goes opposite to form of the face throws my brain of I think. I think maybe something that is more subtle and looks like reinforcement/detailing on the mask rather than something on top it would be worth experimenting with.

    - I'm not sure why it is - but something feels ever so slightly off with the abdominal scales. The shapes feel like they stick out compared to the rest used elsewhere as a little too predictable or "vanilla" ? Possibly try a very subtle concave curve along the bottom towards the edges for a slightly more wing-feel without making the plates look too impractical as armor. I'm not sure what is needed here, but it just intrinsically feels like those shapes are one very subtle tweak away from being suitably epic

Please take all opinions given here as just that - a feeble attempt at constructive feedback from a noob based on a very early model. I just wanted to say a little more than just "amazing" . From all your earlier works you can do no wrong in my book, and I absolute confidence in your design choices ending up damn near perfect in the end.

    Looking forward to more updates!

    Oh my....that looks amazing Zerofrost.

I can feel a new Rogue playthrough coming on.

Will this be a male only armour?

It's a nightingale replacer, check the original Nightingale Prime mod.

I'm actually playing a nightingale character right now so I've gotta say that looks awesome
