   Wow, what mods are you running to make that effect?(the leaves on the ground)

      I think its a parallax/retex for the ground near riften. He might have used the retex on the road.

      Mmm i think is more likely using the grass settings in the skyrim.ini so that he gets all the grass he can have and some grass that adds leaves to riften area. He must have a really high end computer to do that though
