I was thinking brown too, but I also liked the contrast of the green on her tan skin. And I don't know about that. I'm inexperienced when it comes to modding so I'm not sure how one goes about it.
Well all your pics are beautiful and they look like real people instead of what you usually see in female followers and presets. You could probably just release the .nif and .dds files for her head for use as a character for others, it's very easy for the player to use racemenu and skse to just import the files into a game and make a character out of them
