   this problem generally happens when you are running an enb and you not enable bfloatpointrendertarget to 1 in you skyrimprefs

      I enabled the bfloatpointrendertarget to 1 , and I still have the problem unfortunately

   I'm pretty sure it's your enb... Maybe you're running mods that change the lighting that aren't supported by the enb you're currently using. I'd suggest looking into that
