Quite a Summery feeling, right? If you don't look at the icebergs, this could almost be a scene from the Stockholm archipelago. Very similar feeling infact...

      Thank you!

A bit more sunlight would be nice though, but those clouds sure did a great job creating an illusion of a windy day...

Fresh cold breeze from the sea and a lively cloudy sky...I feel it on my skin....

I use this boat-textures too...they are really beautiful

These textures are great indeed and I'm glad I could bring a sense of the salty Summer sea to you, this cold and grey late November day...

I really like the colours of the textures on the boats, Rick...is that a mod?

Great shot of the cold, windswept littoral.....makes one shiver just to look at it, and great music to go with it!

Hey, this is Summertime in Skyrim, so you shouldn't stand there freezing...

Just kidding, it's the Northen coastline so I figure that water is rather icy regardless of which season it is. The boat textures sure are from a texture mod. It's called "Joy of Ships" and here's the link:

      http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/61808/?

It really does wondrous things with the wood texture of boats and ships...

      Thanks a lot!

Many thanks for the link, Rick

I lived on the northeast coast of northern Scotland for some years....a lovely place, beautiful scenery, but sometimes it could get COLD even in the summer!

      Yeah, I hear you!

I'm settled not too far from the archipelago of Stockholm and some days when out on the coast or the islets it can be quite icy even during Summers. It's all in the winds coming from the open sea...

      I think you're right!

They don't call it the Sea of Ghosts just because of old lost souls or pirate raidings. I'd say the wind has a part of the name as well, making strokes of powdered snow rise up from the ground like white phantoms...

      Thank you, Andy!

The blue sure looks rich and deep here, I agree. I assume it has to do with the bottom of the sea being changed into another texture or something, since this is with the mod Summer Skyrim. Or maybe it's the daylight reflecting the sky, although it is a very cloudy one...

      Thank you, my friend!

Yes, it was really the boats that caught my attention too, so I needed to preserve them somehow. The day didn't offer the best kind of light, but together with the darkish wood on those boats it matches rather well..
