   Nope, not from a mod, just a well-hidden shrine in the base game. If I recall, there's something unique somewhere around there, can't remember what, though.

      I believe what you might've been thinking of was the fact that this is a place where you're guaranteed to find a dead wood elf. Which is useful to know for the ogma infinitus book quest thingy where you need to gather blood from dwemer descendents.
