Ah so very beautiful! Distant darkness covered in a orange hue, as if the skies are emotional. My friend, this image is pure bliss. Fantastic use of aspect ratio too, bravo my friend!
Yeah, this aspect ratio - I've started to do a few images in this format, since I really love the panorama angle of a shot. it's also interesting to work a bit with the picture instead of just upload it. I've done a few black and white, but that's really it, so if I can put the creaticity to work with the ratio, even the better for the stimulance, right?
Thank you, Les, truly thank you for these wonderful words!
I do love to think in emotional terms when seeing a picture. There's so much beauty in almost everything, either it's being light, warm, sunny, rainy, cold or dark. There's always some feelings attached to some of these things and I find it very interesting to try evoke them with just images and words...
I will certainly provide more written work with my uploads. I've done - I think - about 10-15 of those already and it's just as fun trying to puzzle something together with a foreign language. I do a lot of poetry in Swedish, but the rhymes can't be translated with the same ease. Therefor it's very comforting to find inspiration in the pictures and just "write what comes to mind". It's pretty much how I create things - "go with the flow"...
The trees certainly give a bit more life to the image, even if they're all dead ones. Another panorama as well, but I really like the format and for this shot it made sense to crop the lower part...

The poetry I have seen in your other image threads have dealt with intense emotions rather beautifully and I am looking forward to see more!

Purity comes in many forms and this is one of them...
Screenshooting this game is just as fun as playing it! The possibilities seem endless sometimes, but I love it...
