So I found "Jumping Animation", a mod that changes, well, the animation for jumping (and falling). The old animation had the character model raise its arms up in the air almost like a bird. Now, the character model has a much more realistic look to it when jumping. Kudos to 5poiler for making this mod!

If the picture seems weird, that's because I had to down-size it from 1440p to 1080p... sorry about that.
