I liked that glimpse of her care for Lubis and how she saw such a change in her, work no longer causing her to complain as she once did, what she lived through could not help but change her. It is unfortunate that she has to leave Farkas behind though she wants so much to have him by her side. that fondness between them was clear in that moment. A wonderfully written chapter, Lia
Sure seem that Lubis have changed quite alot and Nadja noticed it fairly quickly too. I think both are very disappointed in not being able to do this quest together but none really want to go against Kodlak decision either. They sure are very found of each other...makes them a really cute couple I think !
Faelan is adorable - they grow up so fast so enjoy the cubness while you can Nadja. He is like her little shadow (well a white shadow) and a faithful companion. Hopefully he won't get hurt in the upcoming fight as those Hagravens can be deadly and they are not keen on animals or anything relating much to nature - especially the corrupted ones.
The growing relationship between Farkas and Nadja is sweet and happy to see it as I like Nadja a lot and Farkas ... well I am a member of his Whiterun fanclub. Tend to like the big and tough guys who are somewhat teddy bearish inside. He can be crude at times but he has a nice heart I think. Nadja will have a loyal and solid friend, or partner, in Farkas if things work out for them. It would be hard for him to follow (sneak after) her to the fight but I think if he feels a strong enough bond he might (he has grown up with the companions so I can see some struggle in going against Kodlak's wishes).
I hope Nadja can find some harmony with her nature because it does seem to still be at odds. Perhaps finding a way to restore her connect to nature will help. Not sure how the hagravens will help although removing their blight from Skyrim is certainly a plus nature wise. Perhaps Kodlak feels she might be better of without the beast blood as well. Perhaps she will remove that part of her just as Grim has been working on removing the dragon souls on his - opposite sides of the beast/dragon coin of course.
Enjoyed the wonderful images and love that one of Nadja and little Faelan as they walk down the street (trailed by the town drunk). Liked the packed wagons ni the shot - I always wondered how Whiterun got all its supplies
Yes..really have to enjoy his adorable cubness as much as she can ! He's growing up so fast ! He's a faithful companion and yes, a bit of her shadow..always nearby when she needs it. Hopefully nothing will happen to cute little Faelan.

Lets hope she finds a way to restore her connection to nature..as it seem to have been quite broken or she've been at odd with it. Perhaps Kodlak knows a little more then he let on and feel that she should be better without the beast blood..much like him. Well I guess that she would be more doing the opposite of grim in this situation, removing the beast within and not the dragon...as removing the dragon blood would just kill her.
some bice connections between the little wolf and nadja, and there's certainly a connection between farkas and her,..

It was very heartwarming to see what deep connection Nadja has with little Faelan… this reminded me of Grim and Wolfgar, sine Wolfgar could always sense the moods of his brother. Maybe little Faelan also has some unusual abilities?
Also it was great to see a mention about Lubis and that she has changing… Rhiannon proved to be very positive influence on Lubis, if she helps at the temple with no whining!
Sad to see poor Nadja being sent alone for such dangerous mission as killing hogravens and finding a cure… she is strong, but hogravens are not without powers, including their nasty magic abilities. I am sure Fakas would have gladly accompanied Nadja on her mission, given their loving relationship… maybe he will still tag along?
And I am still waiting for him and Nadja to confess their true feelings and maybe that would get them to proposal… but looks like they need some push. Sadly, Nadja instincts look like ominous premonition that things with Hogravens will not go as planned…

It sure seem Faelan have a special link with Nadja..but Nadja does have an affinity with nature perhaps that is why it seems like the connection Grim and Wolfgar have. Or perhaps Faelan isn't a ordinary wolf?

Hagraven sure are very powerfull, Nadja might be strong but there is something in her blood that is also weakening her. Perhaps she'll finally get back in tune with Nature like she used to? Perhaps Farkas will have followed regardless...or perhaps there will be an unsuspected ally that will help her? Only time will tell !
Hahaha I'm sure they will get to that sooner or later...but they do need that little push yet.
