      Well, he was a minstrel back in Alinor. But rough life in Skyrim made him a powerfull battle mage.

      In my opinion, most heroes of Skyrim die not in a dangerous battle with a dragon, but because of falling of some cliff.
      I am afraid, the poor animal had no chanse.
